1 1/2 c butter
3 c sugar
2/3 evaporated milk
1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow fluff
12 oz highest quality semi sweet chocolate - chopped
1/2 c chopped walnuts
1 t pure vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Over medium heat, melt the milk, sugar and butter together in a heave saucepan. Boil - stirring frequently - until it reaches 234º, the soft boil stage on a candy thermometer.

Remove from heat. Add chocolate and mix well. Add vanilla and nuts.

Pour mixture into 8" square pan which as been greased with butter. Allow to cool at room temperature and cut into squares.

May be frozen up to approx.. 2 weeks if wrapped in heavy foil.
