1 can refrigerated Flaky Grand Biscuits
1/2 cup mayo
1 cup mozzarella cheddar cheese blend
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes, drained well
10 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 green onion, sliced/chopped
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 and grease a muffin pan. Separate biscuits into two layers; place and press into muffin pan. Combine mayo, cheese, Rotel tomatoes, bacon, onions, salt and pepper. Spoon a heaping tbsp. or so of mixture on top of biscuits. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until brown.
