1 14.5oz can of peeled tomatoes
1 14.5oz can of crushed tomatoes
1/2 a small can of Tomato paste
3-4 pickled jalapeņo peppers from the can
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. garlic salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Put the peeled tomatoes and juice, tomato paste, Jalapeņo peppers, Garlic salt and garlic powder into a blender. Pulse on medium for 10-15 seconds. Add the crushed tomatoes, pulse for another 5 seconds. Adjust salt content to your liking. Refrigerate overnight.

I've been tweaking this for a while now. This is pretty close to what you get at Park Hill. Follow the instructions above. Don't replace tomato products or over-use the blender or the flavor and consistency won't be right. Feel free to play with the garlic and salt levels. Add more pickled jalapeņos for more heat.
