2 cups of long grain rice
1 medium onion (diced)
4 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
1 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a large deep frying pan melt butter and saute onion until translucent; add rice and coat in onion and butter mixture until the rice absorbs butter; add broth and bring to a boil. When boiling, turn down heat and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes and rice is tender. Makes enough for 10 to 12 servings; recipe can be cut in half
