2 lbs. Ricotta cheese 1/2 lb. Shredded mozzarella
3 oz. Grated Romano 1 1/2 tsp. Chopped parsley
2 eggs 1 tbsp. Chopped garlic
Salt, pepper 1 lb. Giant shells
1 pkg. Frozen spinach, thawed Spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, romano, parsley, eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic; squeeze water out of spinach and add to mixture; set aside. Cook shells for 5-6 minutes (pasta must be on the hard side). Drain and rinse with cold water. Pour part of sauce in 9x13 pan. Fill shells with mixture and arrange in pan. Pour remaining sauce over all. Cover and bake in 350 oven for 35 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle additional cheese on top. Return to oven until cheese is melted.
