Yellow onion-sliced thin
canola oil for saute pan
1/4 c barbecue sauce
1 tsp water
Chopped cooked chicken- (Deli rotisserie chicken works well)
smoked gouda-grated
fresh cilantro
large flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in canola oil until soft. Add barbecue sauce and water and cook for about 3-5 minutes. Spread grated gouda on tortilla and cover with chopped chicken. Cover with onions and chopped cilantro to taste. Top with a tortilla and bake at 350 degrees for about 7 minutes or until cheese is melted.
