2 eggs (per person)
Quart size ziplock baggies (1 per person)
Favorite Omelette ingredients such as
Ham
Onions
Green pepper
Tomatoes
Cheese

Directions:
Have each person write their name on a quart size freezer bag with permanent marker. Crack 2 eggs (large or extra large) into each bag. (not more than 2) Shake to combine.
Put a variety of ingredients such as cheese, ham, onion, green pepper, tomato, hash browns, etc and have each guest add the prepared ingredients to their bag and zip it up. Shake to combine.
Place the bags in rolling, boiling water from exactly 13 min. You can usually cook 6-8 bags in one large pot.Open bags and the omelet will roll out easily. No mess, no fuss, no dirty pans and you can have the bags ready the night before.
