2 ½ cups chopped, cooked chicken meat
2 cups chopped celery
½ cup chopped salted almonds
¼ cup chopped green bell pepper
2 Tbsp. minced onions
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento peppers
¾ Tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
½ cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese (I use more & mix some in the casserole)
3 cups crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, Combine the chicken, celery, almonds, bell pepper, onion, pimento, salt, lemon juice & mayonnaise. Mix well and pour into a 1-½ quart casserole dish.
Top with grated cheese and the crushed potato chips. Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serves: 10-12
