1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 tsp. Dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Salt 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder
6 1” thick lean port chops 2 tbsp. Oil
1 can condensed chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, mustard, salt, garlic powder in shallow dish; dredge chops and set aside. Combine remaining flour mixture and broth in a 3 1/2 qt. Slow cooker.
Pure oil into a large skillet; place over medium heat until hot. Cook chops in hot oil just until browned on both sides; place in cooker.
Cook on high 2 – 2 1/2 hours or until tender. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
