1 tbsp. Olive oil 1 medium chopped onion
4 oz. Sliced mushrooms 1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
1 lb boneless pork loin, cut into bite size pieces
1 14 1/2 oz. Can diced tomatoes 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. Sugar 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper

Heat oil in large, nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add onion, mushrooms, and garlic and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened.
Stir in port, tomatoes, seasonings. Cover and simmer on medium low, stirring occasionally, for 10 min. Good with rice or noodles.
