Taco filling:
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 large can of traditional refried beans
3 stalks of green onions
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic Powder to taste
36 pack of Fresh white corn tortillas
½ cup vegetable oil
1 head of Chopped lettuce
2 Chopped tomatoes
Or add your favorite taco toppings
3 cups Shredded cedar cheese

Optional: hot sauce or taco sauce

Directions:
In large frying pan brown ground beef with chopped green onions including the steams. Add refried beans to ground beef and blend thoroughly.In medium frying pan heat oil. Add one at a time corn tortillas until the corn tortilla starts to bubble (usually 20 sections or less) fold in half for 3 seconds and remove and place on a paper towel lined cookie sheet. Repeat the process until you have made the number of taco shells for service. Tacos are best served hot or warm
