2 8 ounce cream cheese, 2 small jar package of dried beef, green onions- 1 bunch, salt and pepper, wortcshire,

allow cream cheese to be at room tempture
soft
put cream cheese into a bowl
chop up dried beef from jars
chop green onions
into the bowl with cream cheese add green onions to taste and a dash of wortschire sauce to taste , along with salt and pepper, add in dried beff at leat one jar, mix altogether, form into a ball; then lay out the remaining chopped dried beef on wax paper and roll cream cheese onto dried beef and put into refigrate to chill into a container with a lid, serve on tray with leafy lettuce with cherry tomatoes around the cheeseball with variety of crackers .
