1 med. size can unsweetened pineapple chunks.
1 c sugar (reserve 1/4c of sugar)
3 T. plain flour
1 c grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
1 stack Ritz crackers
4 T. of reserve pineapple juice

Directions:
Directions:
Spray PAM into a 9x12 baking pan. Drain pineapple and reserve 4 tablespoons of juice. Put the pineapple and 4 tablespoons of juice into the baking dish. Mix 3/4 c sugar, flour and cheese into dish with pineapple and juice. Melt butter, add pkg. of Ritz crackers crushed into the melted butter and add the reserve 1/4 c sugar. Bake 25 mins at 350 degrees. Let cool for 10mins. Eat warm
