1 Round Steak, tenderized or use Sirloin
Flour for dusting
1 Bell Pepper, cut in strips
1 c. of Celery, chopped
1 medium Onion, cut in strips
1 can Stewed Tomatoes
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut Steak into serving pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Coat with flour and fry in oil or reserved fat/lard till brown. Place in casserole dish, cover with all vegetables. Add a tomato can of water. Bake at 350º for 2 hours
