2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 t. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 1/4 t. soda
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. poppyseed filling

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and oil, add eggs, one at a time. Add alternately the dry ingredients and milk. Blend well and add poppyseed filling. Makes 2 big loaf pans. Bake at 350º for 1 1/4 hours.
