1 qt. white vinegar
1 c. pickling salt
1/2 t. alum
Dill & Garlic

Makes enough brine for 10 qts. Pour hot brine on pickles. Seal. Use at least 3 bunches of dill per qt. Brine can be refrigerated and re-heated.
