3 c. Bell Peppers
5 pods long Green Hot Peppers [fresh Anaheims]
4 c. Sugar
3 c. Vinegar [Apple Cider]
1 c. Water
4 c. Onions
2 tbsp. Allspice

Chop up all Vegetables. Boil with all ingredients until tender and done. Put in sterilized Pint Jars and process to seal.
