2 cups Whole Milk or Half 'n Half
1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin
1 large can Whole Green Chilis
1 lb. Longhorn Cheese, cut into long cubed strips

Directions:
Directions:
Stuff Green Chilis with cheese strips. Put one layer in greased casserole pan. Whisk together Eggs, Milk, Salt and Pepper to taste, and Cumin. Pour Egg mixture over Chilis. Bake at 375º for 20-30 minutes until set.

Mom [Vena] said she thinks Cliff added more eggs usually. Jan added that Dad [Cliff] often put oregano leaves rubbed in his palms into the egg mixture - this is how I make my rellenos now.
