1 can refried beans
1/4 c. salsa
guacamole
taco seasoning pkg.
16 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cheddar cheese finely grated
1 tomato chopped
1/2 c. green onions chopped
small can black olives (optional)
jalapenos (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1st Layer: Mix refried beans with salsa and spread on bottom of serving dish
2nd Layer: Spread guacamole
3rd Layer: Mix taco seasoning with sour cream & spread on top of guacamole
4th Layer: Sprinkle cheddar cheese
5th - 8th Layer: Arrange tomatoes along perimeter of dish followed by green onions and optional black olives and jalapenos for desired serving appearance. Chill 2 hours or so prior to serving.

This was a classic dip that Kevin's mother made when they were growing up and Kevin and his mom continue the the tradition.
