Ingredients:  
1 small roast
salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 package of brown gravy mix
1 cup of water

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and brown roast. Remove from pan and add soup and gravy mix and water. Bring to a boil. Put roast in baking dish and pour gravy over it and cover with foil. Bake 325º for 2 hours. May also be put in crock-pot for 4 hours.
This gravy can also be used for hamburger steak or round steak.
