1 bunch fresh broccoli
8 oz. fresh mushrooms
1 large green pepper
1 head of cauliflower
1 small onion
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
½ cup vinegar
1 ½ cups vegetable oil
2 tbsp. poppy seed

Directions:
Directions:
Trim the stems from the broccoli and cauliflower, and break the remaining florets into bite-size pieces. Thinly slice onion and mushrooms.

Combine the remaining ingredients and pour onto the vegetables. Toss well. Chill a minimum of 3 hours, tossing occasionally.
