whole or half chicken
2 cloves garlic
stalk of celery
1 onion sliced
1 small bag of carrots (optional)
shake of salt
sprinkle of pepper
small package of egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in approximately 2 quarts of water.
Add all ingredients except noodles and simmer for about 2 hrs.
When chicken is tender remove and get rid of skin. Cut up chicken and put back into the broth.
Add noodles and cook until tender.

Use Jane's Crazy Salt (it enhances the flavor)
I add a chicken bullion also to enhance.
