3 1/2 c Flour
3 c Sugar
4 Eggs
1 c Oil
2 c Pumpkin
2 t Cinnamon
2 t Baking Soda
1 1/2 t Salt
2/3 c Orange Juice
3/4 c Raisins
3/4 c Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Flour, Baking Soda, Cinnamon and Salt together. Mix Nuts and Raisins in with dry mixture and set aside. Beat Sugar, Oil and Eggs together until fluffy. Alternate Flour mixture and Orange Juice and add to Sugar mixture. Add Pumpkin and stir very well.. Pour into 2 well greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
