A smash of ginger
Chicken parts (thighs, legs, wings)
3/4 cup shoyu
1/2 cup sugar
2 T vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Fry ginger in some olive oil. Salt and pepper chicken. I add some garlic powder when I put it in the pot. Mix the shoyu, sugar, and vinegar and pour over chicken. Simmer until tender. I sometimes add some bourbon after it has cooked for a while.
