1 c Sugar
1/2 c Butter
1 c Mashed Bananas - 2 very ripe
1/2 c Nuts - chopped
2 Eggs
1 t Vanilla
1 1/2 c Flour
1 t Baking Soda
1/2 t Salt
1/2 c Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Butter and Sugar well. Add Bananas, Nuts, Eggs and Vanilla. In separate bowl sift dry ingredients together. Add Sour Cream to Butter Sugar mixture. Then add to dry mixture. Pour into pan sprayed Loaf pan and bake at 350 for 50 - 60 minutes.
