3 cups yams, cooked and mashed
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 stick oleo, melted
1 & 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine yams, sugar, eggs, salt and oleo. Add vanilla and milk; mix well. Spoon into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.

TOPPING:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup stick oleo, melted

Combine brown sugar, eggs, salt and oleo. Spread evenly over mixture of yams.

Bake at 350º for 35 munites or until done.
