1 (8oz) softened cream cheese
3 boiled eggs (chopped fine)
1/2 cup mayo
1 pkg dry italian seasoning
1 lb crawfish tails
salt, pepper, Tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Place crawfish tails in a bowl with about 1 inch of water. Season, cover and steam in microwave for about 90 seconds. Remove and cool and cut tails in half. In a separate bowl mix remaining ingredients. Add crawfish and continue to add mayo for desired consistence. Serve with crackers.
