2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1 cup corn oil
2 eggs
2 tbsp orange juice
4 tsp grated orange rind
3 cups oatmeat
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Add eggs, orange juice and rind. Then add oatmeal. Drop by spoon onto a cookie sheet sprayed with PAM. Cook in 350º oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
