3 lbs chicken pieces
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp each salt & pepper
1/2 tsp dried tarragon
1/2 tsp paprika
2 T margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Combine in a bowl the flour, salt & pepper,tarragon & paprika. Coat chicken pieces with flour mixture & place on foil (sprayed with Pam) covered cookie sheet.
Top chicken pieces with margarine, cut into chunks.
Bake at 375º for 1 hour.
