1 small box vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup water or milk
1 - 8 oz. sour cream
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2/3 cup chopped pecans.

Glaze Icing
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

In a separate small bowl combine: 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar, 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, 2/3 cup chopped pecans.

Then in a large mixing bowl, combine the first (6) ingredients and beat on medium speed until very smooth. Then combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecan mixture to the cake mixture. In a 9 x 13 inch pan pour 1/2 of cake batter in to baking pan. Then sprinkle 1/2 of sugar mixture over the batter. Repeat until using all cake batter and sugar mixture. Swirl the batter. Bake at 350 for 30 - 35 minutes. Drizzle glaze on top when cake is done.

Glaze Icing: Combine all ingredients and beat at medium speed with mixture. Drizzle over cake when cooled.
