1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup finely chopped nuts
Layer 2
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip
Layer 3
1 (3-ounce) package instant chocolate pudding
1 (3-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
3 cups milk
Layer 4
1 pint heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 to 1 cup nuts, chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla

Layer 1
Combine the three ingredients and press into 9-x13-inch pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Layer 2
Combine cream cheese, sugar and cool whip; spread evenly over the cooled layer 1.
Layer 3
Beat puddings and milk until thick and smooth. Spread over Layer 2.
Layer 4
Whip cream, adding sugar and vanilla. Spread over Layer 3 and sprinkle with nuts. Chill overnight.
