8 large skinless boneless chicken breasts,
2 large garlic cloves minced,
1/2 cup lemon juice,
6 tbs Dijon mustard,
1 tsp pepper, 1/2 cup butter,
1 1/2 tbs finely chopped fresh rosemary.

Directions:
Directions:
Place Chicken in 13 x 9" glass baking dish. Whisk 1/4 cup lemon juice, 4 tbs mustard and pepper in bowl to blend. Pour over chicken, turn to coat. Cover and chill at least 2 hours, turn occasionally. Melt butter, add rosemary, garlic, lemon juice and 2 tbs mustard. Simmer sauce 5 minutes, whisking occasionally. Let stand at room temp.. Prepare BBQ use medium heat. rewarm sauce. Spoon 3 tbs into a small bowl and reserve. Place chicken on rack. Cover BBQ and grill 2 minutes. Uncover and cook basting with sauce. About 5 minutes per side. Transfer toplatter, brush with remaining sauce.
