1 lb hot sausage
6 slices bread
6 eggs
1 pint of half & half
10-12 oz sharp cheddar cheese
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Trim crust from bread. Butter one side & place buttered side down in pan or dish. Brown sausage and crumble over bread. Sprinkle cheese over meat. Mix eggs, salt and half & half. Pour mixture over cheese. Cover with foil and let set overnight in refrigerator. Remove foil and bake at 350º for 40 minutes until cheese is melted.
