1 Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 tsp almond flavoring
Fresh fruit (kiwi, peaches, strawberries, bananas, etc)

Pat cookie dough into pizza pan that has been sprayed with Pam cooking spray. Cook at 350º until lightly brown, about 10 minutes. Blend cream cheese, confectioner’s sugar and almond extract until smooth. Spread mixture on top of cooled cookie. Arrange fruit on top.


1 cup sugar
1 cup orange juice
3 tbsp corn starch
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice
Cook over medium heat until thick.
Cool mixture and spread on top of fruit.

Chill and serve.
