1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
Garlic powder
6 tsp. Sugar
2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. Milk
Salt & pepper to taste
Tony’s seasoning to taste (optional)
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs with milk in small bowl. In another bowl mix flour and seasonings together. Mix soy sauce, water, sugar and garlic powder in another bowl and microwave long enough to dissolve sugar. Heat oil in frying pan. Dip chicken in egg mixture and then in flour mixture. Fry chicken in oil until done. Then roll chicken in soy sauce mix.
