2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 onion, chopped
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 small can tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion in 3 heaping tbsp of butter. Add mushroom and celery soup, mix well on low heat. Put Rotel tomatoes in blender and blend well, then pour into soup mixture. Add about 2 heaping tbsp of the tomato soup (just enough to make it a reddish pink color). Tony’s seasoning to taste. Add crawfish tails or shrimp. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Serve over rice.
