1 1/2 lb Steak, cut thick
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. Salt
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 cups peeled and quartered potatoes
1 large whole onion, chopped
2 cups peeled and sliced carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Rub steak with flour and salt, brown in oil. Place steak in roaster or covered pan. Place potatoes, onions and carrots in pan with steak. Pour in cup of water. Season vegetables. Bake in 300º to 325º degree oven for 1 hour or longer.
