5 lbs boiled shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 small white onions, thinly sliced
2 lemons, thinly sliced
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp celery seed
3/4 cup tarragon vinegar
1 1/2 c vegetable oil
1/4 c prepared mustard
1 to 2 drops hot sauce
1 (3 oz) jar capers

Directions:
Directions:
Alternate layers of shrimp, onions, and lemons in a large casserole. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over shrimp mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours. Drain shrimp before serving.
