1 c Sugar
1/2 t Salt
1/4 c Water
1/2 c Butter
1/2 t Lecithin
1 c Pecan - chopped fine
Chocolate Melts - 3/4 bag - melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Sugar, Salt, Water, Butter and Lecithin in heavy 2 qt pan. cook to temperature of 285. Add nuts. Pour in well greased cookie sheet. cool. Spread half of Chocolate on the cooled candy. Sprinkle with nuts. When the Chocolate is firm turn the candy over on waxed paper and spread with remaining chocolate. Sprinkle with remaining nuts. Break in pieces when firm. Store in metal box. If candy hasn't turned light tan at the 285 cook a little longer. Must stir constantly.
