1 medium onion, chopped finely
2 tsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. butter
4 c. chicken broth
1 can Rotel
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. hot pepper sauce
1 tbsp. jalapeņo, chopped finely
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. flour mixed with 1/2 c. water
1 lb. cooked chicken, diced
2 c. half & half
8 oz. sour cream
16 oz. Velveeta Cheese
corn tortilla, cut into strips, fried or baked

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and garlic in butter until soft.

Add chicken broth, Rotel, sugar, salt, Worcestershire, hot sauce, jalapeņos, chili powder, and pepper. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer 5 minutes.

Add chicken, simmer for 5 minutes.

Add half & half, sour cream, and Velveeta. Stir on low heat until cheese is melted.

Garnish with tortilla strips.
