2 1/2 lbs stew meat
1 large onion
2-3 ribs celery
2/4 c. tomato juice
1 rounded tbsp sugar
6 carrots
6 potatoes
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. tapioca

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion and celery. Cut carrots and potatoes in large chunks. Place raw meat in bottom of a baking dish. Add onion, celery, carrots, and potatoes. Mix salt, pepper, sugar, and tapioca, Stir in tomato juice. Pour over vegetables and meat. Cover and bake at 250º for 4-5 hours.
