1 lb gound meat
1 onion, chopped
cooked rice
5 - 6 bell peppers
Tony's
garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground meat with Tony's and garlic powder (drain). Chop 1 onion and sauté in with meat. Add a little water and let simmer (about 10 minutes). Add enough cooked rice to meat mixture to make a dressing. Stuff in well cleaned bellpepper. Bake at 350º degrees, covered in a large baking dish for 45 minutes. Before serving you can remove cover and top with cheese or tomato sauce (ketchup) and return to oven for about 10 minutes.
