2 cans white Shoe Peg Corn (drain the juice from 1 can)
1 (8oz) package of cream cheese
3 tbsp jalapeno pepper slices cut into ¼’s
4 tbsp jalapeno pepper juice
2 tsp. black pepper
3 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a microwavable bowl heat cream cheese until soft enough to mix with a spoon (2 minutes). Add corn, butter, peppers, pepper juice and black pepper. Mix well. Bake uncovered at 350º, in a shallow glass baking dish for 30 minutes.
