Melt margarine over low heat in a large pan. Add mini marshmallows. Melt marshmallows and margarine together. Once melted, add cereal. Lightly grease a large rectangular cookie sheet. Spread Rice Krispie treats over entire cookie sheet, making a thin layer. Put in the freezer for about 3 minutes. our milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and melt in microwave for about minute or so. Remove Rice Krispie treats form freezer and melted milk chocolate from microwave. Stir milk chocolate mixture and spread over half of Rice Krispie treats. Cut a line down the middle of the treats (so you have the plain Rice Krispies on one side and the milk chocolate on the other). Fold the plain side on top of the chocolate side. Place in the freezer again for about 3-5 minutes to harden. Remove and cut into small squares.

Personal Notes:
It is very important to use the brand names in this recipe. I've tried to use other margarine brands and the taste is just not he same!
