2 quarts apple juice or apple cider
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1/3 cup lemon juice or real-lemon
2 tsp whole allspice
20 whole cloves
5 or 6 cinnamon sticks

Directions:

Heat apple juice or cider to dissolve sugars, mix remaining ingredients and let set overnight. Stain and serve hot.
