1 large beef roast
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp white vinegar
1 c ketchup
1 chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cook roast in crock pot overnight with chopped onion, salt & pepper. When roast is done, shred the meat. Pour broth into a pan or bowl. Put vinegar, soda and ketchup in bottom of crock pot, then add shredded meat and 1 cup of broth from roast. Try to use most of the cooked onion. Cook for 2 to 4 hours longer. Serve with warm buns.
