5 c. water
1 large vegetable juice
4 ox tails
2 tsp. celery leaves
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 box barley
Vegetables fresh or frozen (beans, corn, potatoes, onions, celery)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat water and vegetable juice with ox tails for one hour. Add vegetables, celery leaves, salt, pepper, beef bouillon cubes, and barley. Cook for another hour.
