2 raw carrots - shredded
1/2 c. green beans
1 c. cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
2 T. olive oil
2 eggs
1 - 14 oz. can baked beans
1 tin sardines
1 garlic clove - crushed
Directions:
Directions:
In a blender or food processor, puree the carrots, green beans and cabbage.

Brown the ground beef with olive oil in large saucepan. Stir in the egg.

Add the vegetables, baked beans, sardines and garlic to the beef.

Simmer over low heat, covered for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cool before serving.
