Make dough same as for pasties.Peel and cut up about 10 pounds of potatoes, and two onions, add about 3lbs of ground beef .Put all this in a big pot and cook until the veggies are soft. Then I mash this with a potato masher ( not too much though to make it mushy). Roll out your dough and put into a pie plate Cover with another rolled out piece of dough. Crimp the edges and poke holes in the top crust and bake for an hour at 350 degrees.

This should make about 8 meat pies.I think I forgot to add 2 lbs of ground beef to the pasties also.
