10-12 slices white bread ( I use Pepperidge Farm)
softened butter
3/4 lb. cheddar cheese (grated)
3/4 lb. Monterey jack (grated)
8-10 eggs (beaten)
3-4 c. milk
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/3 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Butter bread on one side and cube. Grease a large, shallow baking dish. Put in 1/2 of the bread cube, then 1/2 of the cheese, then repeat both. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over bread cubes and cheese. Refrigerate for 8-24 hours before baking. Bake at 325º for an hour.
